" In an email sent to board members on Tuesday, attorney Alisa Di Chiara said that after reviewing the state statute she believed the ballot question can be submitted to the county clerk only by a "governing body." Chiara(sic) was not present at the Wednesday meeting. "
Alisa appears to be the dedicated type. Admitted to the Bar in 1996 at the age of 25, but managed to get some court experience prior to that, by suing her relative down in Florida in 1995.
