After last nights Lodi School Board of Education Meeting…….

people still have many questions that were not answered, and apparently never will be answered.

Several taxpayers in attendance did overhear comments made by Frank Licata to a female resident. The comment was about the resident's son.

The comment was sensitive, so just where did Frank get his information from…

• From his employment at the City of Hackensack?

• From his Councilwomen wife, Lodi Borough records?

• From his daughter at the County Courts?

• From his son at the Lodi Housing Authority?

• From his other son, from Lodi Board of Ed records, the unseen Lodi Drug Alliance  records, or     the Lodi Boys & Girls Club records?

If someone did have knowledge of this sensitive information, why would he make this known, aloud, at a Public Meeting, with public in attendance, in a Public Building?

Another note: A meeting was held at the Lodi Board of Education building at 8 Hunter Street, Lodi, NJ and my goodness, no one saw any part of the building falling down around them, amazing !!!

In Luna's words.....

How many times have we heard from this man, that "we" should be saving money, consolidating, share things, put things under "one roof".

But, yet, another "newsworthy" article appears in a local paper to make himself "look good", But NOT really.

The following are Luna's recent press releases.

http://garfield.dailyvoice.com/news/lodi-to-rent-out-vfw-hall/606672/

http://www.northjersey.com/community-news/town-makes-agreement-to-rent-the-vfw-hall-1.1457895?page=1

and here is a "quote", by Luna,  from those articles.

"Some of the programs we're going to be doing there are distribution of the uniforms, coaches meetings, workshops, Rutgers safety courses, anti-bullying courses, the Junior Rams beefsteak dinner, the (Junior Rams) wrestling dinner, travel and recreation soccer registration, team photos, the summer camp counseling, cheerleading clinics, AA (Alcoholics Anonymous) meetings on Thursday evenings, Italian-American forums, the PBA (Police Benevolent Association) meetings ..." said the borough manager.."

How is it that with all of the taxpayer monies spent to build and maintain some of the "PUBLIC" buildings we have around town, we once again, have to spend more of "our" money for a "New" place to rent for activities.

So lets take the above LUNA quote and break it down….

1) "distribution of the uniforms, coaches meetings"
Okay, the words "uniforms & coach" would indicate a "school" thing….Use one of the many
schools in town, and real sure that the Coaches have offices somewhere.

2) "workshops, Rutgers safety courses, anti-bullying courses"
sounds like training or instruction for Boro Employees/Teachers, okay, find an empty classroom
and use it, or the Senior Center, or the Community Building, or see Ciofalo….

3) "the Junior Rams beefsteak dinner, the (Junior Rams) wrestling dinner"
collect donations, and rent one of the "Local" Catering halls like the Elan or Cieli Blu.

4) " travel and recreation soccer registration"
Use the "Belli Rec Dept" office, as it should be used.

5)  "team photos"
Use one of the many "Billion Dollar" turf fields we Taxpayers put in, would be a nice background.

6) "the summer camp counseling"
Since it's a "Summer" thing, utilize the amphitheater, or when it rains,  the Community Building,
or  learn to pitch a tent.

7) "cheerleading clinics"
Once again, a school thing, use the High School or Middle School gym, if the Junior Police
Academy can use the gym, so can the "School Cheerleading Squads".

8) "AA (Alcoholics Anonymous) meetings on Thursday evenings"
Lets see…each Firehouse in town has a large "meeting room" in it, no alcohol is allowed in a
Firehouse,  so it might be a good thing. (VFW has a bar) The Firemen would only lose their "free
man-cave" for one night a week. Why is this a Taxpayer responsibility?

9) "Italian-American forums"
If this PRIVATE Organization can afford to give out 14 karat gold awards, they can find their own
space,  and pay for it too. This should Not be a Taxpayer responsibility.

10) "PBA (Police Benevolent Association) meetings"
I really think 46 people can fit into the Community Building for a meeting. ( and bring your own
    cookies )

SINCE LUNA IS LEAVING, & MASOPUST IS COMING IN, I GUESS WE WILL USING THE "MOOSE LODGE" MORE.

AND THIS NEWS ARTICLE FROM OCTOBER, 2015, SO RENTING THE VFW SEEMS A LITTLE STRANGE….
http://garfield.dailyvoice.com/news/lodi-seniors-flock-to-weekly-club-meeting/594633/

WILL WE STILL BE PAYING TO RENT THE LODI BOYS & GIRLS CLUB EVERY MONTH?

FROM LODI, AUG 2015 BILLS

BELOW ARE SOME OF THE "FORGOTTEN" SPACES THE TAXPAYERS OF LODI HAVE PAID FOR……AND WHAT ARE THEY BEING USED FOR, THE BUILDINGS CAN NOT ALL BE USED TO "HOUSE EQUIPMENT"?
from google
The LUNA Baseball field
from google

DID LODI TAX PAYERS PAY FOR THIS BUILDING ?????

 QUOTE FROM ABOVE ARTICLE

"Anthony “Tony Lodi” Cardinalle — ex-owner of Satin Dolls, the New Jersey strip club used as the Bada Bing on “The Sopranos” — is going to spend a month behind bars, according to Gang Land News, after he “[spilled] his guts about a real NJ mob crew that was run for years by powerhouse Genovese capo Tino Fiumara.”

http://gangstersinc.ning.com/profiles/blogs/real-life-owner-of-bada-bing-strip-club-turns-rat

QUOTE FROM THE ABOVE ARTICLE

"In December 2013, and probably months earlier, big bad, Mister Real Life Tony Soprano, “Tony Lodi” began cooperating with federal agents and prosecutors.

The manager of Satin Dolls, Cardinalle’s strip club in Lodi, New Jersey, already had heard the news. According to Cardinalle’s lawyer, “Tony Lodi” isn’t an owner of the club itself, although his wife once was and his daughter is now. Cardinalle does own the real estate and the buildings the clubs are in. It’s safe to say he owns the club."

I KNOW, JUST A "LOCAL" BUSINESSMAN DOING GOOD IN THE COMMUNITY!!!!

AND NOW, WHO GETS "HANDPICKED" TO FILL MASOPUST'S  COUNCIL SEAT????(wink, wink)
