Must be nice

How is it that a resident can open a “Commercial Pool” in Lodi?

This resident is a Assistant Chairperson for the Lodi Borough of Lodi’s Zoning Board and an Assistant Tax Accessor for the City of Hackensack. She should have some idea of how Municipal/County/ State Rules & Regulations work.

The residents husband owns several TWO family (cough, cough, wink, wink) properties in Lodi. Nino’s Pizza on Harrison Ave, and a retirement home in Arcos de Valdevez, Portugal

The resident is Patricia Castaneda Casina Esteves

The new Commercial Pool ad can be found here.

Patricia asks her Guests to park on the street, use the garbage & recycling bins. Looking at the reviews from Guests on the Swimply page, the Guests have enjoyed giving their children's birthday parties there.

First and foremost, How does the Borough of Lodi NOT know about this? Is there a Certified Lifeguard on duty? Proper lifesaving equipment?

At $60.00+ per hour, is she reporting this extra income to the IRS.

The property taxes for this property

Taxes: 10692.00

One can see how close the surrounding homes are.

Are the surrounding residents being disturbed? Children at a pool party are NOT quiet. The resident parking in that area is bad enough, now add business parking. Does Patricia have the proper insurance coverage for the pool at that property?

At a recent Borough of Lodi Zoning meeting (streamed) Patricia has the gall to comment on the auto repair businesses near her Westminster Place home, parking cars all over, open late, etc.

Are her votes on this Board that valuable, that the Borough of Lodi ignores her violations?

Oh, a note to Mr. Wanco, this is not like renting a room in someone's house. Now take a look at the AirB&B's in Lodi. No violations there either, right?
