Yes, Lodi needs new businesses, with the upcoming tax increase. Taxpayers need all the revenue the Borough can muster.......
After all, Lodi Taxpayers are still paying out all of those retirement payouts, those brand new Borough vehicles which were desperately needed to accomplish your job. Add all of the "special" tax reductions given, yep we do need more businesses here in Lodi.
"It will show why it's a great place to live and why it's a good place to bring your business here," Borough Manager Vincent Caruso said. "It's for economic development to let people know what Lodi has to offer that people may not know about."
Lodi is so great, Borough Manager Caruso does NOT live here, nor do the upper echelon of the Police Department he once headed.
