Was it to smile & wave to the LODI EDUCATION ASSOCIATION executive board members ?

Was it for Lodi Board of Education business?

Was it to smile & wave to the Mayor of Lodi, you know the school principal?

Was it to smile & wave to the TEACHERS he supports?

Could be all of the above, as Sgt. Miller is SOOO special, he can do anything on the taxpayers dime.
