One has to guess that some of the NJEA members are really bullies, who cowtow (kissing the boss's ass) to the upper
echelon, and not just in Lodi, NJ, but all over the State. Those NJEA rep's have the ability to sweep incidents under the rug, like they NEVER happened. Sure, they are rewarded in some way. Gotta make things look good for the Super.....their boss!!!!
