When your tenants can't find parking,

who is responsible for that?

The following article appeared last week.

http://www.northjersey.com/story/news/bergen/lodi/2017/03/22/some-lodi-streets-now-require-parking-stickers/99451096/

A quote from that article,

"The resident-only streets will include: Hamilton Avenue between Westminster Place and Farnham Avenue, Hillside Avenue between Westminster Place and Farnham Avenue,"

Funny you should mention the "Cardinalle Corners" section of the Hill. This section of the hill has several properties owned by Cardinalle and relatives, the Leto's, Belli's, Luna's, Mella's, Scrozzo and Thieleman, Carbonetti, Borrometi  families.

Most of the family owned buildings are Multi-family, 2+ or more….you know, "grandfathered-in" (cough, cough, WINK, WINK) with driveways that fit only 2 or 3 cars.

Around April 22, 2016- 512 Farnham Ave, Cardinalle was annoyed about a summons that was issued in this area. Tony, did you pay for the ticket, or was it "issued in error"?

Since then, Cardinalle and his cousin Joe Scrozzo have appeared at Lodi Boro Mayor Council Meetings  with parking complaints. Cardinalle is a big contributor to elections in town, & provides FREE BEER at local functions, is Cardinalle & his family getting special treatment?

And to Lucia, NO, you can not block your own driveway in Lodi. Did you pay the ticket or was that also "issued in error"?

Recently, Cardinalle has been cleaning up his properties in the "Hill" area.....

So sure all proper permits are on file, or will be.
