Kim was a Police Officer with Saddle Brook Police Department, her mother Karen is a former Mayor of Saddle Brook. Kim is the second wife of Lodi Police Department Det./Sergeant – Narcotics Supervisor Christopher Perrelli. Chris also runs the business of Lodi Volunteer Ambulance & Rescue Squad,
INC.
Initially the property was owned by Christopher Perrelli and his first wife, Paula DiMaggio-Perrelli-Caruso. Paula is now married to former Lodi Police Chief, currently, Lodi's Borough Manager Vincent J. Caruso.

That settlement appears to be that Kim was allowed to retire after 5 years FIVE YEARS of service & still became eligible for a "Ordinary Disability Pension".

Maybe it is time for the taxpayers to ask the State of NJ to look closer at the Pension rules.
