Are the surrounding residents being disturbed? Children at a pool party are NOT quiet. The resident parking in that area is bad enough, now add business parking. Does Patricia have the proper insurance coverage for the pool at that property?
At a recent Borough of Lodi Zoning meeting (streamed) Patricia has the gall to comment on the auto repair businesses near her Westminster Place home, parking cars all over, open late, etc.
