So much for journalism. The three reporters/journalists from northjersey. com., Joshua Jongsma, Kristie Cattafi, Kim Predham did not even bother to "look into" Salamak's background.
Salamak was once a Telecommunicator, (thats a 911 operator, Police Dispatcher, ) with the Lodi Police Department. Some people deny or do not know Lodi had a PSAP with "real trained" Telecommunicators. Once the Lodi 911PSAP was disbanded, by Tony Luna & Vinny Caruso. Salamak moved on to the Department of Corrections. Salamak is cousin to John Calabrese, you remember him from the BC Sheriff's Department and of course, a Lodi School Security Guard. Oh and his wife Melissa is a LBOE employee at TJMS making about $111,450 per year. Missy's sister Rhoda Gasalberti Febbo is also employed by Lodi BOE. Their Uncle Jimmy Gasalberti , d. 2009, was also a Lodi DPW employee.
