So is Lodi DPW now cleaning the Garden State Parkway or the NJ Turnpike ????? Or did the Borough of Lodi forget to pay the EZ pass bill ???
I know there is a Bergen Toll Plaza and a Essex Toll Plaza, but never heard of a "Sweeper Toll Plaza"?
If a Borough of Lodi employee commits a "traffic violation" or a "Toll Plaza Violation", in a Lodi Borough owned vehicle, why should the taxpayers of Lodi be held responsible? Then you have to ask, why is a Lodi DPW vehicle on the NJ Turnpike, or the NJ GS Parkway in the first place?
Why would a Lodi DPW "sweeper" vehicle have EZ-Pass?
One has to really question Lodi's bookkeeping methods? (Would that be a Cuccia or Luna-Biondi thing?)
Next thing you know the taxpayers will be paying for pizza out of the Lodi 911 account, right Vin?
Wait, did Lodi have an 911 Account? Did Lodi ever have 911-Public Safety Telecommunicators? Some want to erase that fact also.
