On a serious note.... back to the Cardinalle guy...
In January of 2013 "Tony Lodi" was arrested and indicted with 32 other "Nice Guys" on various federal charges.

Was this letter of Praise written in an "Official" capacity, like on Lodi Borough Stationary? or signed The Mayor of Lodi? Were any of the Law Enforcement Officials from Lodi? We will never know, the court records were sealed. Hopefully the taxpayers of Lodi are begining to see some of our Politicians and Police Officials in a different light.
