Lodi Taxpayers paying for "Hummers"?

In this day and age of anything goes. Do Lodi employees have any "Professional Decorum"?

Note to Pags, certainly your "brothers" could have found'em locally, cheaper and sometimes for free!!!

 

HumVees or vehicle would have been a better word, after all the Public does see this.
