The Mayor agrees with hiring Family & Friends, after all...We're a small town, with large families?
Last year, the Borough of Lodi hired a "Police Clerk" to supplement MZZZZ Licata's maternity leave.
Mzzz Licata is Dina Pernice Licata, Her Mom, Joanne Ibach Pernice was also a Dispatcher & Records Clerk in the Lodi Police Department, under the then Police Chief Vincent Caruso. Dina then married into the LICATA family. (Cold Ethel ain't happy)
As of November 01, 2018, The Borough of Lodi hired one
"DONNA CARAFA BUONOCORE BORRA" There was no posting of this open position, weather it was Temporary or Part-time.

Donna is sister to Lodi Borough of Lodi Manager, VINCENT CARUSO !!!
Donna was married to a NJ lawyer, Bouonocore. Their son is now a MAHWAH police Officer, where Caruso attended the swearing in of his nephew. Some of us remember Mahwah. Caruso was vying for the position of Director of DPW.(passing of Mr. Sinclair) Since he was good friends with the then Mayor Laforte (now recalled) and the Police Chief Batelli and of course William Borra, a Developer/Contractor of million dollar homes in the Mahwah & Allendale area, and who now lives in Florida..
Donna owns one of those million dollar homes in Mahwah, NJ....With taxes over $20,000.00 per year. DOES SHE NEED THE MONEY, OR ARE THE TAXPAYERS OF LODI GOING TO PAY FOR HER
& HER HUSBANDS HEALTH BENEFITS ?????
LODI, NJ TAXPAYERS, ONCE AGAIN FOOT THE BILL FOR FAMILY & FRIENDS....
and we can thank Vincent Caruso....and we don't know how Donna Marie Carafa Bounocore Borra is related to the Mayor of Lodi EMIL CARAFA...
