SO JUST HOW MANY TEACHERS DROPPED FROM THE UNION????
THE TEACHERS ALSO HAVE THE RIGHT TO LEAVE THE UNION & STILL HAVE TO PAY 85% OF THE DUES......
IF ANY TEACHER LEFT THE UNION, THEY MOST CERTAINLY LEFT BECAUSE OF THE UNION'S ACTIONS AND MAYBE LEARNING THE TRUTHS ABOUT THE UNIONS.

In the end.....
The truth always wins !!!!! (but, it may take awhile)
For several years now there have been a few blogs/websites published & dedicated to enlightening the good taxpayers of Lodi, New Jersey as to the "goings on" here in Lodi.
From these blogs taxpayers were informed of the Lodi "Family & Friends" group, the underhanded workings of Borough Politicians, the corruption, the nepotism, the retaliation, the lack of transparency in the entire Borough and now to the deceitful workings of the majority of the Lodi Board of Education.
These blogs have helped to change things a little in Lodi, NJ.

Most of the credit goes to Ryan, he & his family have put up with a lot from some of these people, and all he is doing is being honest !
To the newcomers, there are many Lodi people who have stepped forward and questioned things that were not "Right or Fair" to Lodi taxpayers or residents. Some continue to stand tall and question things, some have passed on, some have moved out, some have given up.
Some of us spoke & wrote publicly about major issues here in town, from the methdone clinic on Main Street, the River Walk park to no-where, (Mrs. Zito), the Lunatic Park dome, the Columbia Park debacle, the changing of Board of Ed elections. I am, for one, glad that good people spoke out !
Lodi has a sordid reputation & history which can not be erased (although some work very hard at trying to erase or hide it). From mobster connections, illegal gambling history, drug using Police Officers, crooked politicians, contaminated lands, and on & on.....
If one were to look up Lodi, NJ on the internet, or Wikipedia not much is there about it's "real" history. But, hey, we do have the"Misfits".
So Mayor, the following is somewhat of a joke, yes Lodi can be a nice decent place to live (well some of your employees do not live here) but the shady business must stop.

Politics, Unions & Teacher Union Dues
Our hard earned tax dollars at work.
Some people do not realize that Teachers are paid with taxpayer money, along with their Medical Benefits, Pension and of course Union Dues…..
This article appeared on today's nj.com website, it is not really about teachers pay, but it is
about underhanded Union actions.

Yes, Policastro is a teacher in Tenafly,NJ and as of December 2016 he was earning $101,690 annually. The article does NOT indicate that he is/was also the 1st Vice President of the Bergen County Education Association, and in 2014/15 did earn a salary there of $ 44,000.00 as 2nd Vice President. Policastro's wife Denise is a Field Rep with NJEA. They live in the Smoke Rise section of Kinnelon. Good Luck to him…..

I began looking at the Union's associated with teachers, found some surprising stuff.
This is what the "Executive/Officers" at the New Jersey Education Association get paid.
YOUR TAX DOLLARS ARE PAYING THESE SALARIES !!!!

It appears that most of the above is just pushing politics.....nothing really to do with the education of students, oh the unions and their leaders put up a great front, but bottom line, it is all about money for them, and more money for them.
The Union minions are just that minions. (some are also bullies)
To any good, self-respecting teacher, the Union's actions are revolting.

And the next time teachers want a raise and their Union want sympathy from the Public, you will not be getting mine. You have to step forward and start to complain about the actions of your Union representatives (bullies)....and do something about it, otherwise you might as well be added to the list of minions too.

Repost: "Lodi at its best"
When you upset the "Lodi Family & Friends" group…..the bullying, retaliation, threats are never ending.
It is well known throughout Lodi's history, a select group of "Lodi Family & Friends" run the town, always have.
We can start with just about every Borough Employee in every department, the Mayor & Council, the Manager, every Zoning & Planning Board member, the Lodi Police Department, the Lodi Board of Education, the Lodi Housing Authority, the Lodi Ambulance Corp. INC., the Lodi Fire Department and outside groups such as the Lodi Boys & Girls Club. Anyone who does business with the "Lodi Friends & Family" group should be included.
So when a Lodi resident questions the actions of anyone of the "Lodi Family & Friends" group, the entire group pounces like animals. As we all have seen, to this date.
Most of Lodi's good people only ask for the truth and that the "Lodi Family & Friends" group stop the corruption, nepotism, coverups, the lies and be accountable to Lodi Taxpayers.
One could also ask, why don't more people speak up and out about the "Lodi Family & Friends" group? My answer would be, why would I make myself, my family, my friends targets for the "Lodi Friends & Family" group. We have all seen this in the past...
Pity the poor person who, unknowingly steps into the "Lodi Family & Friends" group frenzy, who can not speak out because they would be fired, have little chance of success, be an outcast or ostracized and that would also hurt his/her family.
To the following persons running for the Lodi School Board……we want the truth, be honest and open toward the Good Lodi residents.
