Small, but wasteful .....

In early March Lodi residents received a " Lodi Resident Information Guide" in the mail.

 

This "Guide" is a poorly designed, mishmosh of information that can already be found on Lodi's website. So this "Guide" turned out to be an expensive waste of taxpayer money. Great planning on the part of highly educated people trusted with running the Borough.

 Was this letter of Praise written in an "Official" capacity, like on Lodi Borough Stationary? or signed The Mayor of Lodi? Were any of the Law Enforcement Officials from Lodi? We will never know, the court records were sealed. Hopefully the taxpayers of Lodi are begining to see some of our Politicians and Police Officials in a different light.

REALLY? LIKE THIS FINE & RESTITUTION IS GOING TO MAKE A DENT IN HIS POCKET.

  Cardinalle has received several tax breaks on most of his properties in Lodi.

Tony Lodi has even managed to remodel his properties during this same time frame, WITHOUT AN INCREASE IN ASSESSMENT OR TAX.

This Public Notice appeared several days ago, the address looked familiar......

Turns out 140 Route 17 South is one of those properties, whose owner is hidden under a LLC.

This complex houses not only the Harem, a strip joint, a store called the Romantic Depot, an adult store which sells lingerie, sex toys. West Marine, a boat equipment store and HBE Granite & Marble.

Prior it was the Marty's Shoe Outlet. Cardinalle purchased the property in 2004.

You can also Google & Bing the location, tax records show the building is supposed to be a ONE story cinderblock building. When did they add a 2nd story?

One would guess the Building Department inspected the property recently, after the vinyl siding was replaced with stucco, and a driveway was added. Maybe NOT.
