Where is the logic?

Once again to see our tax dollars being applied to a project which will, need to be maintained, require extra insurance, and patrolled to keep it safe. Keep in mind, spending all of this money, at some point after the next storm with flooding the park will be ruined. It is surprising to know the County and State continue to allow funding for these projects, knowing in a sense,  it is a waste.

The Borough of Lodi matches this funding.

I speak of the Voto-Todesco Field at the end of Richmond & Chestnut Street. Recently Lodi received funding from the "Open Spaces" program, and the Borough of Lodi matched those funds.
So this "Premiums Workers Comp" insurance payment is for DPW workers, or the Voto/Tedesco Park?

Even "google" shows it as a Flood Control area.

SO WHY DOES LODI KEEP SPENDING OUR TAXDOLLARS FOR 'SINKING' PROJECTS?
